“I've had the pleasure of working with Helen since joining PROS in 2017, and I can say that it has been a delight working with her on so many projects like the PROS website relaunch (2018) and Inside Sales process optimization (2019). I reported to Helen for almost two years from 2019 to 2020 and have learned so much during that time. With so many great qualities to choose from, it isn't easy to put everything here. I'll touch on my personal favorites qualities below, including collaboration, positivity, and open communication.

On Collaboration:
Helen is a great collaborator. I have seen her skillfully achieving a common goal while working across multiple teams. Many of our projects are cross-functional and require close collaboration and execution with other teams (No easy feat). Helen is excellent at understanding other teams needs and helping them achieve understanding to achieve objectives.

On Positivity:
Helen's half glass full perspective on changes, experimentation, and situations is fantastic. There's always a silver lining, and something good to look forward to that Helen can pinpoint. A can-do attitude shift goes far, especially when working with teams and complex projects. I appreciate this quality and have changed the way I view situations.

On Open Communication:
This quality is my all-time favorite. I've come to Helen with various quagmires, sanity checks, personnel dynamics, and strategy questions and leave meetings with a sense of clarity and understanding of other perspectives, which helps me move projects and initiatives forward. Helen has taught me much, and I have grown as a manager under her leadership.
