About Me
I am a chaos reducer and I’m energized by leading teams to be their best via strategy, processes, tools, technology and a people-first mentality. Collaboration, alignment, transparency (and fun!) are my work style essentials.
Outside of work, it's never a dull moment. Between work, food, reading, my two toddlers, workouts and the beautiful outdoors, I happily stay busy with my family and friends. In my "spare time," I am an influencer in the eczema space with my Itchy Pineapple blog.
What I Know For Sure
I've learned a few things over the years that have helped me get to where I am today.
be impressive
Always be a shining star. Give it 100% and be impressive in everything you do, whether it's through delivering solid results, being extra thorough, communicating well or influencing a team. Tip: have high standards for yourself, your team and your peers and you'll stay shining.
be succinct
Humans get bored easily and have a lower-than-ever attention span. By being succinct when you write and talk, you'll stand out amongst your peers as a good communicator and you’ll get the attention of your easily-distracted audience.
Stay focused, not busy
Time is the new currency. Only execute tactics that are aligned to a strategy and keep the end goal in mind. Choose to do things that have the highest impact.
lift others
Take the time to build relationships with the people around you and give off positive energy to lift others. You're much more powerful as a team than by yourself.
keep learning
There are learning opportunities everywhere, especially in the decisions and actions of others. Pay attention around you and you'll learn something new every day.
